SME BOOSTER & INNOVATIONS CLUSTER is an interest association of legal entities. Members are companies providing services in the field of business, law, finance and human resources, companies that established cooperation with education, research and development institutions. Thanks to their contacts and international cooperation, they are also able to respond to new trends and bring new impulses as well as new possible solutions with regard to the current situation (pandemic). The team itself contributes to its development, increases its added value and, which is a very important aspect, presents this new knowledge outwards. SBIC was established on the basis of the non-profit organization Slovak Association of Exporters and Importers SAEI, operating in Slovakia for more than 5 years.

SBIC was established in accordance with the provisions of § 20f et seq. of the Civil Code and operating in accordance with legal regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic. The seat is Švermova 6971 / 51A, Banská Bystrica 974 04.

The association was established in response to the efforts of its members to create conditions for managed and purposeful activities within the business environment, which will lead to the development of successful and effective business of members and partner organizations.

The main goal of SBIC is supporting its members to collaborate within the triple helix (industry / research / public bodies as members) in becoming more competitive via innovation.

SME BOOSTER & INNOVATIONS CLUSTER  is a cluster organisation, formally registered on the European Cluster Collaboration Platform. In December 2021, it was granted a bronze seal of excellence (Cluster Management Excellence Label BRONZE – Striving for Cluster Excellence).
